MY PHILOSOPHY:

My business was founded on the belief that interior design can be affordable and fit any budget. I believe that everyone should love the space they live in and I strive to make each clients’ space their own embraceable retreat. Our homes reflect our lives and tell our story.

I bring to every design project my ability to listen carefully and interpret clients’ needs, an appreciation for their unique life styles and a passionate desire to add beauty, freshness and functionality to their home and family.

HOW I GOT STARTED:

After building a profession in social work and more specifically, psychotherapy, I found my true passion to be in home renovations and interior design. I began with taking on major house renovations on old historic homes several years ago. It was through these experiences that this passion was fueled and I learned the ins and outs of the construction process from behind the scenes as well as the practical application of designing a remarkable room.

Since then, I have had the pleasure of working with a variety of homeowners with unique spaces and styles. My excitement with the finished spaces and delighted and satisfied homeowners lead me to my evolution as a designer, and the founding of Betsy Marrinan Interior Designs.

MY STYLE:

I love to entertain, am inspired to create beautiful, warm and inviting spaces for comfortable gatherings with family and friends that are unique to the homeowner and a reflection of their taste and experience.

I love to mix the old with the new and have developed a signature style of combining classic elements with current design trends.
