Several years ago, I had a 5000 square foot house in Pittsford that needed to be rapidly renovated so it could be placed on the market before the impending winter real estate sales slump. This was a $100,000 project that required completely redoing 3 bathrooms including a master bathroom suite, renovating the foyer and stairways with custom glass and maple hand railings, refinishing the hardwood floors and dozens of other details that needed to be attended to in order to optimize the property value. I did not have the time to coordinate the multiple contractors involved in the renovating process nor the skills to identify the proper materials and design elements. Thanks to Betsy, we managed to get the house on the market in September and it sold in less than a week for our full asking price.

On a personal note, Betsy is also a pleasure to work with. She conducted herself with grace and professionalism throughout the process.
